I was lucky enough to study at the University of Birmingham for my MSc. This is the result of the project at the end of that.
In brief the project consisted of design of a secure routing protocol for highly mobile devices and a brief implementation in the Qualnet simulator.
The write-up can be found here. The code was developed for the Qualnet Simulator and I can't remember the specifics enough to offer support, but if you would like anything else from the project just send me a mail.

You probably won't be able to plug this directly into Qualnet. At least you couldnt do that in Qualnet 4.0. Which was the last version I used.
